About the Role We currently have two full-time positions available for Support Staff in Wigram, Christchurch. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. As a Support Staff member, you will assist residents with their daily activities, which may include shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal support, and community outings. Please note that while we are accredited to hire staff on an Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), we do not have a Job Check for this position and cannot support applicants with the visa process. Requirements To be considered for this role, we ideally seek candidates with the following qualifications: - An NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or an equivalent qualification. - A positive attitude towards supporting individuals with learning disabilities. - A full New Zealand driver's license. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Competent computer skills.
