About the Company We are excited to present an opportunity for a skilled Customer Service professional to join our team as a full-time Online Delivery Driver. Our store prides itself on providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. About the Role In this position, you will serve as our store's brand ambassador, responsible for delivering customers' online shopping orders to their homes or designated addresses on the specified day and time. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and safe deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. We are looking for an individual who can efficiently and accurately complete tasks, promoting repeat purchases and helping us achieve targets set by the Online Manager. You will be expected to manage your responsibilities independently and take ownership of each delivery. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively to consistently meet deadlines. - Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role. - A valid, full, and clean New Zealand driver's license. - Proficient written and spoken English skills. - Strong customer service experience. - Basic computer and mathematical skills. - Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
