About the Role We are currently seeking a Store Person to join one of New Zealand's largest and most trusted paint retailers, located in Westgate. If you have a passion for color, customer service, and teamwork, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will assist customers in bringing their painting projects to life while benefiting from a supportive environment that encourages career growth. This is a part-time position, with hours from Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities - Assist customers with product inquiries to ensure they find the right solutions for their painting needs. - Maintain store displays and stock shelves to keep the store organized and visually appealing. - Handle general telephone inquiries and respond to calls in a friendly and professional manner. - Collaborate effectively within a supportive team to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Requirements - A customer-focused attitude with a positive demeanor. - Previous retail or store experience is preferred but not essential. - A willingness to learn about paint products and their applications. - Ability to lift and carry paint tins, as some heavy lifting is required. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
