About the Role
We are currently seeking a Seafood Manager to join our busy Seafood Department. This position is ideal for a positive and influential leader who thrives on developing others. If you are target-driven, possess strong IT skills, and enjoy implementing positive changes, we would love to hear from you. Our fast-paced environment offers a variety of tasks that ensure every day is engaging and rewarding.
Experience in the seafood industry is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary qualities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work at least one weekend day
- Reliability and the ability to work early hours
- Strong multitasking abilities and an eye for detail
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices
- Previous experience working with fish and seafood is desirable
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- Prior management experience
