    About the Company We are a dynamic organization committed to excellence in procurement and supply chain management. Our team is dedicated to fostering strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring efficient processes that contribute to our overall success. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing requests for quotations (RFQs), capital expenditure (Capex) requests, engineering change proposals (ECPs), concessions, and deviations. You will also supply critical procurement information to support our operations. Key performance areas include developing good relationships with suppliers, enhancing your knowledge of procurement processes, and honing your negotiation skills. You will focus on achieving cost savings targets on both production and non-production materials and services, as well as completing cost analysis and adjudication summaries. Additionally, you will conduct supplier risk assessments and due diligence checks on new vendors to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum qualification of a B Com, B Tech, or an advanced diploma in Procurement or Logistics - A valid driver’s license with relevant driving experience - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English - Broad supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous - Familiarity with the SAP ERP system is a plus - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities - Good planning and organizational skills with a focus on time management - A proven ability to take responsibility and demonstrate a high level of integrity Benefits Joining our team means being part of a collaborative and innovative work environment.
