About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Civil Labourers/Drainage Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in a range of drainage and civil projects. If you are hardworking, dependable, and enjoy outdoor work, we would be delighted to hear from you. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of drainage systems for both residential and commercial properties. You will support the team with excavation, pipe laying, and trenching tasks. Ensuring that all drainage and civil works comply with safety standards and regulations will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare and clean work sites, which includes setting up tools and equipment. You may also operate basic machinery and tools as needed, always with a focus on safe operation. Requirements We prefer candidates who have previous experience in civil work or drainage. A solid understanding of health and safety standards in the construction industry is essential. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and strong team players. The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is important, as is having reliable transport to and from the job site. Benefits We offer a competitive pay rate ranging from $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
