We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team for various projects in the Canterbury region. About the Role This is a full-time position that offers temp-to-perm opportunities. We are looking for candidates with a background in civil, drainage, roading, or earthworks. The role requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday, with pay rates ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Requirements We seek applicants with proven experience and knowledge in the industry. Having WTR endorsements is advantageous. Additionally, candidates should possess either a Class 2 or Class 4 license, and must be physically fit to perform manual labor as needed. What the role entails includes: - Operating machinery such as dump trucks, rollers, excavators, and Class 4 vehicles - Performing labor tasks to assist on-site operations - Communicating effectively with the on-site team - Maintaining machinery and equipment Benefits We offer a supportive team environment that emphasizes training and upskilling.
