About the Role We have openings for experienced excavator operators in various areas, including bulk earthworks, roading construction, and drainage. Our projects require operators who are proficient in handling different types of machinery and can perform a range of tasks effectively. In bulk earthworks, you will be responsible for loading dump trucks with soil and aggregate, as well as cutting soil and clay using 20T to 30T machines. The pay for this role ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour. In roading construction, your duties will include digging out existing roads, prepping the sub-base, and finishing and trimming work to final levels with 5T to 12T machines. This position offers a pay rate of $26.00 to $32.00 per hour. For drainage projects, you will trench around services and shields for pipe installation, sling pipes into trenches, and perform reinstatement work. The compensation for this role is between $28.00 and $35.00 per hour.
