About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate, grounded, and adventurous Support Workers to join our team in the region. In this role, you will work closely with young people and clients who are navigating trauma-related issues.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A full New Zealand driver’s license and a reliable vehicle that is WOF and registered.
- A NZQA Level 4 or higher qualification in a health or youth-related field.
- Experience working in the community or health sector with young people.
Additionally, you will thrive in this position if you:
- Can think on your feet and remain calm in crisis situations.
- Are confident in high-risk environments and able to manage complex needs.
- Understand mental health approaches, including de-escalation and active listening.
- Maintain strong professional boundaries and engage in reflective practices.
- Enjoy building genuine relationships and being part of a close-knit team.
- Have cultural awareness and adopt a mana-enhancing approach to support.
- Are open to casual, flexible hours that fit your lifestyle.
