About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of contracts within the procurement function, specifically relating to the Fast-track Approvals process. This includes managing contract variations and novations, as well as overseeing supplier financial reporting.
About You
We are looking for candidates with a few years of experience and a solid understanding of procurement and contract management principles. You should be well-versed in how government operates.
Key qualifications include:
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Proficiency in intermediate MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated through personal influence and effective management of expectations
- Experience in administering contracts within a government or regulatory setting
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and managers
