About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing sales and marketing support through various communication channels. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries regarding ResMed products and services, managing warranty processes, order processing, data entry, and resolving general complaints.
You will also identify potential sales opportunities associated with customer inquiries, provide first-line technical and clinical assistance, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to communicate daily with customers, both before and after sales, through telephone, email, chat, and social media platforms. You will check in on therapy status, adherence information, and assist with ordering therapy equipment or supplies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer orders for medical supplies and equipment
- Creating and maintaining client account records
- Tracking deadlines and managing tasks using web-based tools
- Supporting cross-functional team members
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships to positively impact service and product revenue
- Collaborating with various departments to achieve service sales goals
- Documenting all technical and customer-reported issues in the ticketing system, including the nature of support inquiries and recommended resolutions
- Providing metrics to the management team as required
Support roles may involve:
1. Clerical, administrative, or specialized support tasks in an office or field setting
2. Specialized technical tasks or skilled craft work
3. Unskilled or semi-skilled operational tasks
Candidates should have completed vocational training or possess equivalent experience, and will interact internally to exchange information with limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of one year of related experience
- A broad knowledge of routines and procedures to effectively handle day-to-day situations, requiring minimal instructions on new assignments
