About the Role
We are currently looking for Junior Joiners to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, where you will be expected to demonstrate your craftsmanship and commitment to quality. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work across six different regions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Fabricating and installing custom joinery and cabinetry
- General framing, fix-outs, and door hanging, as well as installing skirting and architraves
- Measuring and cutting materials with precision
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Working with other trades as necessary
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- A solid understanding of tools, machinery, and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- A manual driver’s license and access to transportation (preferred)
- The ability to pass a Criminal Check and Drug Test
Location
You will primarily be working in Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Nelson, Canterbury, and Otago.
