About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with our Owner Operator to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards in every department, from customer service to financial performance. As the Store Manager, you will set the tone for our team, driving results and inspiring excellence on a daily basis. What You Will Be Responsible For - Leading and motivating department managers and store staff to achieve excellence across all operations. - Driving store performance to meet financial, operational, and customer service goals. - Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and team training. - Upholding our core store values, which include: - Intuition and Information: making informed decisions and collaboratively solving problems. - Commitment: supporting and inspiring one another as a cohesive team. - Awareness: taking ownership of our environmental impact. - Relationships: valuing our team members, customers, suppliers, and community. - Excellence: striving for leadership in all that we do. What We Are Looking For - A proven track record in supermarket or retail leadership, with at least 5 years of management experience preferred. - Strong people leadership skills, demonstrating confidence, empathy, and a focus on performance. - Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities. - A solid understanding of budgets, costs, and sales performance, with the ability to analyze and respond to trends. - A passion for customer service and community involvement. - Experience in both Dry Goods and Fresh Food departments is a plus.
