About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at The Base store. This full-time role, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday for 40 hours per week, requires a bright and customer-oriented individual who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. As our Store Manager, you will go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations while maximizing sales opportunities. To excel in this position, you should possess a genuine enthusiasm for our products and a knack for engaging both kids and parents. Your daily approach should be playful and positive. Key Responsibilities - Maintain a strong sales focus and demonstrate proven results. - Uphold visual merchandising standards with creativity. - Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Draw upon previous management experience in a fast-paced retail environment. - Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Maintain a positive attitude and ensure that fun is at the heart of the team’s efforts.
