About the Role
We are seeking a warm-hearted and enthusiastic team member to join our wonderful centre whānau. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) where you will play a vital role in helping our tamariki discover the joy of learning each day.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will provide nurturing care and high-quality education, celebrating each child's unique potential. You will design engaging, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity. Additionally, you will support your team during breaks and daily operations to ensure our centre runs smoothly. Your contributions will help foster a positive and vibrant team culture that feels like home.
What We're Looking For
We value experience working with children under five, although an ECE qualification is not essential. We are looking for someone who possesses a love for learning and a deep belief in the transformative power of early childhood education. A positive, team-focused attitude and a readiness to assist wherever needed are important traits for our ideal candidate. We also seek individuals who have a desire to grow, develop, and thrive in a caring, values-driven environment.
