About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic Reliever Caregivers to join our team in Dunedin and Mosgiel. This flexible and rewarding role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with young children. As a Reliever Caregiver, you will play an essential role in creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments for tamariki to learn and thrive. In this position, no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to work across our various centres, supporting our dedicated teaching teams in providing high-quality care and education. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with permanent teachers to facilitate daily routines and learning activities - Building warm and responsive relationships with tamariki - Providing nurturing care and contributing to a positive, engaging environment - Using your initiative to make meaningful contributions in each centre you visit Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess: - A genuine love for working with children - Reliability, adaptability, and a high level of energy - A warm, caring nature with a respectful and inclusive approach - The ability to quickly connect with new teams and adapt to different environments No formal ECE qualifications are required for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience or exploring a career in early childhood education.
