About the Role We are currently seeking an inspiring Head Teacher to lead our Koru Room, which supports tamariki aged 2 to 3 years. This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday. In our Koru space, we focus on imagination, discovery, and joy, emphasizing learning through play. We empower tamariki to take charge of their own learning, while our dedicated Kaiako foster their independence and a genuine love of learning. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a natural leader who aligns with our center’s vision and values. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the curriculum and compliance standards, demonstrate a collaborative leadership style, and exhibit a genuine passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
