About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and agile individual to join our team in Central Christchurch. In this role, you will be responsible for installing seismic brackets on pipework within a high-spec commercial plant room as part of a large-scale construction project. Candidates should be confident working at heights, able to maneuver in tight spaces, and adept at following instructions efficiently. If you have plumbing or mechanical fitting experience, that would be a valuable asset. Wages for this position range from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on your experience. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Physical capability and confidence when working at heights - Comfort working in tight or awkward spaces - The ability to work independently while following instructions - A Site Safe card (we can assist with obtaining this if necessary) - A full driver’s license - Your own basic hand tools - Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic - Plumbing or mechanical fitting experience is advantageous - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
