About the Role We are currently seeking licensed and experienced Plumbers to join our team in the beautiful Canterbury region. In this role, you will work on a variety of commercial and residential plumbing projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and specifications - Installing hot and cold-water systems, sanitary fixtures, and gas appliances - Laying out and connecting drainage systems, including sewer and effluent disposal - Working with fire protection systems such as hydrants, hose reels, and sprinklers - Installing metal roofing and rainwater systems - (Bonus) Handling mechanical services, heating systems, and HVAC plant installations Requirements We are looking for reliable and skilled plumbers who possess a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will have: - An NZ PGDB License (or be in the registration process) - A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience - Trade qualifications (preferred) - Their own tools and reliable transportation - A strong focus on health and safety - Two recent work references - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Benefits In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive pay rate of $30–$40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
