About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated registered nurse to join our team at NorthCare Medical Centre. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work 24 hours per week alongside a talented and passionate team. We are looking for an experienced primary care nurse who shares our dedication to making healthcare accessible and effective for everyone.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A current annual practicing certificate (APC).
- Experience in the primary health care sector is desirable.
- The ability to maintain high standards of clinical service delivery.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with OMS and MS Office; knowledge of Indici is a plus.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on the best interests of patients.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to provide direction when needed.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

About the Team
Our Waihi Beach Medical Centre is part of a larger network that includes over 250 staff members working across nine rural and urban practices in Hamilton, Taranaki, Tokoroa, and Waihi Beach. Together, we care for approximately 71,000 enrolled patients. Our collaborative approach, supported by both clinical and non-clinical teams, allows us to provide the best care tailored to the needs of our diverse patient base.
