Senior Change Manager

About the Role In this hands-on role, you will lead the implementation of change initiatives across our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire spectrum of change activity, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, training, communications, and promoting adoption. You will collaborate closely with project and operational teams to ensure that changes are practical, well-integrated, and sustainable. You will engage with various stakeholders, including: - Operational Managers and Leads - Transformation and Project Delivery Teams - Communications, Learning & Development Teams - Safety, Regulatory, and Compliance Teams - Frontline Staff and Union Representatives Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in change management roles, including senior-level positions. - Proven experience in delivering change within operational environments such as transport and logistics. - Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. - Experience with end-to-end change programs that involve process, technology, and cultural change. - Familiarity with safety-critical environments is highly desirable. - Experience with workforce rostering changes is a significant advantage.
