About the Role We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional experience for both customers and donors, encouraging repeat visits. As a customer service all-rounder, you will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a high volume of stock. Your daily tasks will vary, from serving and greeting customers and donors on the shop floor to working in the stock processing area. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with your colleagues to achieve our shared goals and targets. Please note that Family Stores operate on some public holidays, and flexibility will be required to cover annual leave and sickness as needed. The hourly rate for this position is $26 per hour.
