About the Role We are currently seeking two enthusiastic team members who can connect with our customers through outstanding customer service, active listening, and strong product knowledge. Whether your passion for gardening stems from time spent in your own backyard or from formal horticultural training, we want individuals who genuinely enjoy helping customers make informed choices about their gardening needs. While we prefer candidates with experience in the sale of both green and dry garden goods, we are also open to applicants with a solid retail background who are eager to learn and grow with us. The successful applicants will be responsible for: - Driving sales through exceptional customer service - Maintaining high merchandising standards and managing stock - Collaborating with colleagues and providing assistance in other departments as needed - Performing physical tasks, including lifting and moving products - Communicating effectively with customers and team members - Working on a roster that includes at least one weekend day Our Culture We pride ourselves on our commitment and passion for plants and all things gardening.
