About the Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for a full-time sales position in our Nelson store, specifically in the Bedding department. This role is centered on providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers to enhance their shopping experience. You will receive comprehensive training focused on our bedding and linen products, enabling you to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Selling bedding and linen products and services - Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system - Maintaining the presentation of the bedding and linen department - Assisting with operational tasks, including stock-takes - Working across a 7-day roster, which will involve weekend and public holiday shifts About You We are looking for a strong communicator who is eager to work hard and enjoy the rewards that come with it. With our uncapped commission structure, you have the opportunity to control your earnings.
