About the Role We are seeking a motivated Roofer to join our dedicated team. This full-time, permanent position offers hands-on work with roofing systems, cladding, and membranes. Whether you are experienced in the field or just starting your career in roofing, we value individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Requirements In this role, you will assist with the installation and repair of roofing, cladding, membrane, and rainwater systems. You will be responsible for handling materials safely, maintaining a clean and organized worksite, and using or learning to operate harnesses, access gear, and job-specific tools. Adherence to health and safety procedures is essential, and you will work under supervision to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will identify and report any issues related to materials or tools on-site. We welcome candidates who may be new to the roofing industry but possess construction site experience and understand the importance of safety and teamwork. A desire to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are essential. Good physical fitness, reliable communication skills, and a willingness to pursue certifications will also be beneficial. Benefits We offer competitive compensation ranging from $23.50 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
