About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Roofing Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations for our commercial roofing, cladding, and membrane projects in Christchurch. In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier quality and safety standards while managing people and materials. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow and delivering successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily on-site operations for commercial roofing and cladding installations.
- Overseeing labor, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Interpreting site plans, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Conducting quality assurance checks and coordinating corrective actions as needed.
- Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and on-site teams.
- Supporting workflow planning and project delivery from inception to completion.
What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing and cladding, along with a proven track record of leading crews. You should possess strong technical knowledge of membrane systems, safety standards, and New Zealand building codes. Proficiency in reading plans, accurate measurement and ordering, and maintaining efficiency on-site is essential. Your clear communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to lead by example will be key to your success in this role.
