About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, particularly as we expand our operations in Southeast Queensland. About You
We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding and experience in civil construction and subdivision works. You will possess excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, enabling you to deliver projects successfully and achieve agreed outcomes.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is desirable but not essential
- Strong leadership and management capabilities with a focus on effective planning and execution
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Expertise in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
- Ability to build and nurture working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a talent for leading, motivating, and influencing teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
