About the Company
At Spectrum Care, we believe that every person with a disability deserves a life filled with freedom, choice, and independence. We are committed to providing exceptional support to children and youth with disabilities, empowering them to maximize their potential.

We are looking for candidates who have full availability to work all shifts.

- Empathy and a willingness to assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and the goals and aspirations of those we support
- The physical fitness required for a moderately active role
