About the Role We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in the Timaru store, specifically in the Electrical department. This full-time position offers a competitive base wage along with uncapped commission, allowing you to potentially earn over $32 per hour. In this customer-focused role, you will deliver outstanding service and foster lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience. We will provide comprehensive training on our electrical products, enabling you to utilize your knowledge effectively when assisting customers. Key responsibilities include: - Selling electrical products and services - Utilizing our point of sale and customer service systems - Maintaining the presentation of the electrical department - Assisting with operational tasks, such as stock takes - Working on a 7-day roster, which includes weekends and public holidays About You We are looking for strong communicators who are eager to work hard and reap the rewards of their efforts. With uncapped commission, you have the opportunity to take control of your earnings.
