- Managing Salesforce data integrity and quality through processes for data loading, cleansing, deduplication, backups, and creating insightful reports and dashboards.
- Leading the planning, testing, and execution of Salesforce seasonal release updates, ensuring seamless adoption of new features and system stability.
- Engaging with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and translating these into well-defined Salesforce solution proposals.
- Designing and implementing effective Salesforce solutions, primarily leveraging standard functionality and declarative approaches to meet defined business requirements.
