About the Role As a Counter Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the store's sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with our core policies and procedures, as well as: - Enhancing counter processes by implementing and following established systems. - Collaborating with your team to create a positive experience for both in-store and online customers, while effectively addressing any customer complaints or queries. - Training and supporting new counter team members in understanding our systems and processes. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: - A positive, can-do attitude. - A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes. - Strong multi-tasking abilities combined with keen attention to detail. - Experience in cash handling, including EFTPOS facilities, is preferred but not essential.
