Benefits In return, we offer: - A competitive and attractive remuneration package, including a company vehicle. - A strong commitment to employee development and skill enhancement, ensuring your continued professional growth. - Access to comprehensive health insurance, specifically Southern Cross's 'Wellbeing Two' plan, with discounted premiums for immediate family members. - The Boost Employee Benefits Program, which provides discounts from over 50 of New Zealand's leading brands and stores. - Stability within a reputable and well-established company, offering a permanent full-time position with long-term job security. - A supportive company culture that values employee contributions and encourages innovative approaches to success. - An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that provides essential services to address personal and professional challenges, enhancing overall well-being and productivity.
