About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. You will also be responsible for managing staff rosters, training, and performance, monitoring inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements We are looking for candidates with proven experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
