About the Role
We are currently seeking Construction Labourers to join our team for temporary assignments in Christchurch and the surrounding regions. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of construction sites.
Your typical duties may include:
- General site maintenance and tidiness
- Moving materials as required
- Assisting with digging tasks
- Participating in demolition work
- Stripping formwork
Ideally, candidates will have their own transportation to facilitate travel to various job sites. We can assist in obtaining a Site Safe card to ensure you meet industry safety requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in varying conditions and hours
Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $24 to $26 per hour, in addition to 8% holiday pay. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and you will receive weekly payments for your work.
