About the Role We are seeking a skilled automotive technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and services that align with our customer service and business objectives. Your work will contribute to our strategic goal of becoming the leading automotive repairer in New Zealand. You will carry out auto service and repairs in accordance with our established processes and quality standards. Effective communication with customers will be essential, as you will need to inform them about vehicle issues, required work, and estimated timeframes. Providing excellent customer service during all interactions is paramount. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote relevant products and services offered by our Association and business partners, ensuring they meet customer needs.
