About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Christchurch as we embark on an exciting project to redefine roadside assistance. In this role, you will provide expert advice, diagnose vehicle faults, and assist our members in getting back on the road. Additionally, you will be responsible for towing customers' vehicles when necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- An approved Automotive Trade qualification with significant experience in vehicle fault diagnosis and repair
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products and tablets
- Physical fitness and a clean driving record
