About the Role
As the Manager of our Masterton branch, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team and ensuring the highest standards of customer care and safety. We are looking for someone who is excited about taking on this leadership opportunity and is ready to immerse themselves in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
In this role, you will lead by example, setting clear expectations and goals while providing support to your team. Your commitment to excellence will inspire those around you to perform at their best. You will also be expected to work 40 hours per week, including rostered weekends.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and a passion for continuous improvement. You should be knowledgeable in your field and open to exploring new methods to enhance our operations.
To be considered for this role, candidates should ideally have the capability to assist with inspections, either by holding a valid CoF B authority or possessing relevant experience to obtain one. If you do not currently hold this authority, we can support you with training, provided you meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of four years of full-time experience in repairs and maintenance related to the safety aspects of heavy vehicles
- A full class 2 and 4 NZ driver’s license or equivalent
This experience requirement can be reduced to three years with certain qualifications, so please reach out for clarification.
