About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Adviser to join our talented recruitment team based at Tauranga Hospital in the Bay of Plenty. In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a vital role in shaping positive recruitment outcomes for Health New Zealand. As a Talent Acquisition Adviser, you will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and fellow HR colleagues to deliver effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include both administrative tasks and providing coaching and advice to hiring managers, guiding them toward effective talent practices. About You The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience necessary to attract, hire, and retain top talent while developing a robust talent pipeline.
