About the Role As our HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, enhancing staff engagement, and assisting with various HR processes. Your responsibilities will include posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and welcoming new team members to our organization. You will also be involved in staff engagement initiatives by assisting with events, team lunches, and seasonal campaigns. In this role, you will support our HR Manager to ensure that our HR processes run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to create clear and engaging updates for our internal communications and work on digitizing and streamlining HR tasks for greater efficiency. Additionally, you will help coordinate staff events such as quiz nights and shared lunches, contributing to our vibrant workplace culture. Requirements We believe you will excel in this role if you possess strong organizational skills and thrive in multitasking environments. A passion for working with people and making them feel appreciated is essential. You should be able to communicate clearly and craft engaging messages, as well as be confident in using basic software tools like Excel. A desire to improve systems and find efficient solutions will also serve you well in this position.
