Job Title: Caregiver Location: Kenepuru Village, Summerset Job Description: As a Caregiver at Kenepuru Village, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to creating a safe, healthy, and enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care and assistance to residents in their daily lives. This is a casual role with work scheduled on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering meals and assisting with mealtimes - Supporting residents with hygiene tasks, such as showering - Assisting with individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises - Engaging residents in activities like puzzles and table tennis Qualifications: - Empathetic, kind, and patient nature - Experience in aged care or a similar role - Strong verbal communication skills to build lasting relationships - Willingness to work rotational shifts including mornings, afternoons, and nights Additional Information: At Summerset, we value diversity and individuality, recognizing that it takes a collective effort to bring a village to life.
