About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team in Wellington. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to enhance their skills and work on a diverse range of projects, including residential builds, commercial fit-outs, and civil works. If you are proficient with tools and thrive in dynamic environments, we would love to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing residential, commercial, and civil carpentry tasks - Executing first, second, and final fix work - Reading and interpreting plans and specifications - Engaging in shuttering joinery and steel tying - Handling framing, subflooring, cladding, and roofing tasks - Managing concrete formwork (experience in this area is a significant advantage) Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in carpentry - Trade qualification (preferred, but not essential if you meet the experience criteria) - Your own hand and power tools - Reliable transportation - Two solid work references - A strong commitment to health and safety practices - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Benefits We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30 to $35, depending on your experience, along with guaranteed 30+ hours of work each week.
