In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems to ensure they operate smoothly and safely for our clients. Your work will involve both independent tasks and collaboration with your colleagues, all while adhering to industry standards to ensure safety and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in areas such as: - Safely and effectively carrying out planned and remedial HVAC maintenance, installations, and trade assistant duties. - Cleaning air filters and performing minor repairs or installations as directed by Supervisors or Service Coordinators. - Delivering all work to professional commercial standards with enthusiasm and attention to detail. - Flexibly managing your time, including occasional after-hours work to meet client needs. - Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and our customers. - Upholding and promoting the company's values and guiding principles. Requirements We are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: - Relevant trade qualifications (preferred). - A current unrestricted New Zealand Driver's Licence. - Experience in HVAC, laboring, or general handyman roles. - Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and OH&S guidelines. - Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset. - Confidence using hand and power tools.
