About the Role We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians or Installers with strong leadership skills to step into impactful roles on various projects. As an HVAC Foreman, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of both commercial and residential HVAC systems. In this position, you will lead a motivated team, ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered on time. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers and building owners, will be essential. Additionally, you will engage in planned and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Preferred EST (Electrical Service Technician) qualification - Background in HVAC or electrical systems - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team - A valid full New Zealand driver’s license Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate between $45 and $50, with a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
