About the Role
We are currently seeking a trade-qualified individual to join our team as an HVAC Supervisor. In this role, you will work alongside our highly experienced teams, taking on responsibilities that include the installation and commissioning of newly installed equipment, troubleshooting, fault finding, and repairs. You will supervise a team of skilled technicians, providing the guidance and support necessary for their success.
Your role will involve overseeing HVAC and Electrical/Controls system maintenance and repairs, collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met, and conducting on-site inspections and quality checks. You will also ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines while supporting the training and development of your team.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Experienced and qualified HVAC Technician
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence
- NZ Electrical Service Technician A & B registration (ideal)
- Chiller and artesian system experience (ideal)
- SS9 and SS13 IQP registration (ideal)
- Knowledge of controls and BMS
- Strong customer service focus and physical fitness
- Commitment to health and safety
This is a hands-on position, with your time divided between field services and office work, allowing for a balanced work experience.
