About the Role We are currently looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our administration team in a permanent part-time position, working 30 hours per week. In this role, you will support both internal and external clients by managing and securely handling client media assets, performing administrative duties, and assisting with secure transportation and delivery tasks. Key Accountabilities Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Accurately picking, checking out, and managing client media assets through our secure system (S@FE Media). - Ensuring prompt and accurate media receipt, scanning, storage, and verification. - Professionally responding to client emails and calls, effectively addressing inquiries. - Securely transporting media to client locations, planning efficient routes for timely deliveries. - Providing general administrative support to internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Proactively supporting the team to meet operational deadlines consistently. - Maintaining meticulous attention to detail, compliance, and adherence to company standards at all times. About You We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys a blend of administrative and hands-on tasks. You should feel comfortable handling client interactions and possess a strong customer service mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential.
