About the Role
We are seeking a Booking Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our Maternity Service. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing and scheduling new and follow-up patient appointments, overseeing waitlist management, handling accounts, and maintaining data within departmental databases.
As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete. This role requires effective communication with team members and patients alike, making strong interpersonal skills essential.
