About the Role
We are seeking a skilled administrator for a permanent, full-time position based at Dunedin Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, assignment, and organization of clinical bookings for General and Surgical Outpatient Services.
Your responsibilities will include distributing booking administrator duties and managing the administrative support services for clinical staff to ensure efficient service delivery. You will serve as a key point of contact for management and associated teams, facilitating optimal service provision.
Additionally, you will plan, implement, and provide technical support and training to administration team members, ensuring adherence to best practice standards. You will also hold a delegated budget for office equipment and have the authority to authorize expenses.

- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- A respectful nature, capable of handling confidential and sensitive information professionally
