About the Role We are currently seeking a Technical Installation Lead for Solar and Electrical, based at our Auckland headquarters. In this role, you will be part of our Home Solutions microenterprise and report directly to our GM of Customer Experience. You will work across both the Fisher & Paykel and Haier brands, ensuring the highest quality installation standards, adherence to health and safety practices, and the delivery of a customer-focused service operation from design through to installation and commissioning. This position places you at the forefront of protecting our brand and offers an opportunity for a highly experienced solar expert to support Home Solutions in achieving its key objectives. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless experience that aligns with our brand values, fostering enduring customer relationships that enhance market share and contribute to profitable growth both in the short and long term. Additionally, you will serve as the key technical expert bridging the design team and field teams. Our Ideal Applicant We are looking for someone who is an expert in solar installations. Your extensive knowledge of products, systems, compliance requirements, and safety risks enables you to establish high-quality installation standards while effectively mitigating potential risks. You are proactive, possess a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrate significant commercial acumen. You are eager to take on a key role in advancing the development and sustainability of technical knowledge in this sector. To be considered for this position, you must hold relevant licenses, including a current Electrical License, a driver’s license, a working at heights certificate, and a site safety card. A solar endorsement, or the ability to obtain one, along with an Inspectors Certificate, is highly preferred. Are You the One?
