About the Role
We are currently seeking a Teacher in Training who is either enrolled or planning to enroll in a Level 7 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Bachelor program. If you have a passion for teaching young children and are eager to contribute to our vibrant team, we would love to hear from you. This is a permanent position offering 30 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, with a variety of shifts available. Flexibility in your schedule is essential.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor course (preferably in the first or early second year).
- An understanding of child-led curriculum and planning to extend children’s learning.
- Knowledge of ECE Regulations and Te Whāriki, with a commitment to compliance.
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices.
- A genuine passion for teaching and delivering quality learning experiences.
