About the Role We are currently seeking an inspiring caregiver or teacher in training to join our dedicated, values-driven team. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 40 hours of work each week. If you possess a passion for working with young children and a commitment to supporting their development, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping our tamariki learn, laugh, and grow each day. We are looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and a genuine love for engaging with young children, particularly those under the age of five. While an Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification is not mandatory, prior experience with young children and a natural affinity for nurturing their growth is essential. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for all tamariki. - Encouraging children's development through meaningful play and activities. - Being a supportive and flexible team member who contributes to the daily rhythm of our center. - Building warm and trusting relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues. - Supporting daily center operations and assisting with staff breaks as needed.
